    Has anypne ever appointed 1? How did it end? I'm basically trying to understand how they opperate..

    That's a pretty big question but I suppose this may help:

    A Special Needs Trust is a Trust designed to limit the use of funds for the beneficiary so that the beneficiary doesn't lose his or her public benefits; often times the public benefit in question are Medi-Cal, but there are definitely others.

    As far as your title, "Special Needs Trust Administration?" is there already a Special Needs Trust which is funded (i.e. which assets are transferred into) and you are seeking to act/have another act as Trustee?
