  • Maryland probate - birth certificate

Someone wants to be considered an heir to an estate. She has a birth certificate with the deceased listed as the father but she wrote a letter stating that the deceased is not her biological father. It is also stated in her mother's divorce paper that the deceased is not her father. Can she be considered an heir in Maryland?
