  • Injured Spouse form HELP!!!

When we filed our income tax I filed an injured spouse form (we also e Filed) ! We filed in early January and were wondering why it was taking so long! So I contacted the IRS and they said they process the IS Form seperately I guess I don't know what that means for our timely e filed return
The IRS also said that they divide our return based on the laws in Georgia and I guess I don't know what those are in regards to the IS Form. I would greatly appreciate any help recieved!!
