"> >> 26 USC 1 or 11, Since the tax is imposed on the income of a
Person, no seperate liability section is necessary such as when taxes are imposed on commodities like gasoline or alcohol. 100% BS Then why is a bookmakers told in ยง 4401 that he is liable for a percentage of his profit from wagers, isn't that income?
    > 2) does Imposition of a tax make you liable for it yes or no? Yes, and thus, the Courts have consistently ruled.
So now because a tax is imposed I am liable for it? Is that what you're saying I am saying that because the tax is imposed on your income, you are liable for it. 26 USC 1 includes all three needed elements: 1. Subject matter and measure (Taxable Income) 2. Rate of Tax (tax tables) 3. Person (Individual, individuals filing jointly, and estate or trust) Done, you are liable, no other sections are needed.
all BS, no liability in regs, no liability exists
