    We have month to month lease everything was fine until a month go. The Landlord came to hose said in June Rent will rise the rent up $650.00 to $ 750.00 due to fuel incearse. But he does not pay for the fuel for the house We do . We live here about 1yr and 6mths now. We paided rent ontime very Month now . Can HE rise the rent like this just because he went too. He did not do anything fix up the house
