  • HELP........ Tennessee

I am a US permanent resident. I have lived in the US my entire life. I am currently working on becoming a US citizen. I have not yet submitted my application though.

Now, I recently married and my husband is not in the country legally. What are the chances of him getting a green card through his marriage to me?

Considering YOU aren't a citizen, slight.
Not everything that makes you mad, sad or uncomfortable is legally actionable.

I am not now nor ever was an attorney.

Any statements I make are based purely upon my personal experiences and research which may or may not be accurate in a court of law.
