  • Wage garnishment Oregon

I am a non indian employee at a casino, can my wages be garnished by a private party? there is a judgement. thanks

Are you inquiring if the judgement is not enforceable because the casino is on a reservation and therefore subject to tribal law? I thought tribal law only applies to members of the tribe.

They would have to get a court order in order to attach your wages.
