  • Seeking Similar Website to this one but for Medical Law Michigan

There are a large quantity of legal-advice websites online, but I trust your folks' recommendations in finding the more reputable ones considering how good my experience was on here before. I realize that my query is not regarding labor law, but I figured someone here could either point me in the right direction or happen to have been a lawyer-doctor-ninja who could assist in answering my queries.

Long story short, the FDA declared that the generic for a drug I had been prescribed was not "therapeutically equivalent" to the name-brand it claimed to emulate. Article

Having been on this generic and having complained about its undesired effects for years now, I'd like to know what, if any, recourse I have legally against the manufacturer. The drug was extremely expensive even as a generic and I had been assured that this would be therapeutically equivalent, even though in practice it was far from that.

You can do a google search to see what you can find. We don't give referrals. You can contact your local or state bar assoc. for a possible referral to a lawyer. You need to talk to a lawyer regarding this.
Too often we underestimate the power of a touch, a smile, a kind word, a listening ear, an honest compliment, or the smallest act of caring, all of which have the potential to turn a life around. Leo Buscaglia
