  • Child Molestation Vs Lie Detector Test In South Carolina

A Very Dear Friend's 15 Year Old Daughter Recently Told A Secret She Had Been Keeping Since About Age 8. Her Dad Had Been Molesting Her. It Came To A Head When He Joined Her In The Shower One Night And Began Stroking Her She Flipped And Ran Away. Her Mom And The Girls Went Into Hiding. Dad Was Asked To Come To The Police Station Where He Asked For A Lie Detector Test...they Say He Neither Passed Nor Failed...he Is Still Working And Walking Around Town While She And The Girls Are Seeing Councelors And Have Restraining Orders To Keep Him Away. They Are Getting A Divorce But I Do Not Understand Why In South Carolina He Is Still Doing What He Wants And Going Wherever He Wants And Nothing Is Being Done To Stop Him From Finding Some Young Girl To Molest Again! Why???????????????

lie detectors are not admissible in court and since everyone else is in hiding there is no one to testify against him if this were to go to court, so this is an accusation of a charge that cannot be proved because those who could prove it are gone and in hiding
