  • Child Support North Dakota

My child support payment was just raised from 500.00 a month to 701.00 for one child. That leaves me with 180.00 a month to live off of once I pay my bills for the month. I do not have a issue with paying, but come on I need to live to. Is there any way to get this lowered?

Your outgoing expenses aren't considered when deciding child support.

Plug your numbers here and see what it comes out to.

From first glance though, it doesn't seem too far off.

        You may need to downsize.
