    Do GI bill benefits count as income when calculating child support? I looked up the definition of income for child support in NC and did not see anything about It unless you counted it as irregular or non recurring income.

      Money to pay for tuition and supplies. I guess I didn't realize there were other types.

        NC is not my state but since it's not addressed directly by the State, I think you're on the right tract by counting it as irregular or non recurring income therefore not to be included for figuring CS.
        A call to your local VA rep just to make certain wouldn't be a bad idea.
