    Nebraska/ Kentucky

    ok i am 19 years old living in nebraska by state law here a legal adul. I have been dating a girl i met on a cruise for about a year now. she is 17 and wishes now to move with me to nebraska from kentucky is that legally kosher?

    specifically i want to know
    1. can it be done without me or her facing legal consequences?


    additional info- she does not have the support of her parents in this.
    yes i also posted this in the kentucky forum i want the answer from both states

    It doesn't matter in what state.

    In every state, you are a legal adult.

    In every state, she isn't.

    She does what her parents tell her to do until she is 18.
    Not everything that makes you mad, sad or uncomfortable is legally actionable.
