i was with a woman for 17 yrs we never married have 3 kids now that we are split up she claims my 8 yr old is not mine im listed as the father on all 3 childrens births im paying childsupport on all 3 but she wont let my 8 yr old visit because she is with the supposed father now and he wont let her we never have been to court its been a mutual agreement if i go to court do i have any rights

You have rights and you need a family attorney, and the courts, to protect them. Consult with one ASAP. At the very least, you need a documented support and visitation agreement.
