You may visit your public library. It should have a bank of computers with access to the internet. If you cannot get the Title I Needs Improvement list from the DOE Web site at www.gadoe.org, contact your local public school system, or call the Georgia Department of Education at 404.656.2800 or 1.800.311.3627 to find out if your child's school is on the Needs Improvement list.
Please contact me again if there are any problems.
    Yours faithfully,
    Todd
