  • Property battle with parents Georgia

Me and my fiance recently had a baby. Her mom and her do not get along at all. Her and her mom got in an argument and it ended in her getting kicked out. The problem is, is that her parents will not let her back in the house and will not let her get her stuff. Some of the stuff was bought by her parents, but the stuff that we are most concerned about getting is out daughters things. The majority of them were given to us from family and friends. How do we go about getting this stuff back?
