  • 16 & pregnant. Can I leave home Georgia

    I am 7 weeks pregnant. i am trying to find out if i can leave at the age of 16 , i am almost 17. i am trying to move in with my fiance's mom & dad. But can i do this with out parental consent ?Thanks !

    No, you can't move out without parental consent until you are 18.

      Pregnant or not, until you are 18, you live where your parents say you live.
      The above answer, whatever it is, assumes that no legally binding and enforceable contract or CBA says otherwise. If it does, then the terms of the contract or CBA apply.
