    I am a 19 year old girl, and i really like this guy. But the problem is he is 16, if i date him can i get thrown in the slammer???

    clarissawolf, you added your question to another poster's thread started in 2005. You should have started your own new thread. I will start a new one for you.

    You should have also posted the name of your state.

      And until you add your state, no one can answer your question.
      The above answer, whatever it is, assumes that no legally binding and enforceable contract or CBA says otherwise. If it does, then the terms of the contract or CBA apply.

        OP also posted this early morning under "Tx. fam. law" forum attached to another poster's old thread & also from 2005. However, can't really say state is Tx. though. Poster, you need to verify your state. Thanks.
