    i would like to find out how i can become emancipated.
    i am graduated from hs, i have job, planing to live with grandmother. a car for reliable transportation, i need to know
    1. can mother sign papers without seeing judge
    2. if not what does judge consider
    3. how long does this process take

    currently live with mentally abusive father. i can possibly prove unfit( multiple violence charges). wish to prusue teaching career, unable to do so under fathers care.
    mother has joint custody but for personal reasons i can't live with her

    mother has said she is considering signing papers.

    what's the thruth. do i have a chance

    18 in sept. wish to start college in march

    Your state does not have a statute for emancipation therefore it is not an option

      Since Kentucky does not have a statute for emancipation, the answers are as follows:

      1. No.

      2. Nothing, since you will not be in front of a judge at all

      3. Until you turn 18.

      The truth is no, you have no chance. It is not an option in your state regardless of circumstances.
