  • URGENT: 'The victim" is my husband Florida

    We were having an argument, he tried to go out with my personal property he left, officers came and arrested me misdemeanor spent more than 24 hours in jail Have not money, was assigned a PD
    I never have any trouble not even a ticket!
    He tried to drop off the charges State Attorney did not want to do it.
    I have a restraining order.
    I can see the process of my case online, attorney is working...plea not guilty, and demand for trial by jury, I will met my PD Tomorrow in court!
    Court tomorrow what to expect? (never been in court before)
    HELP!!!!
