    He can call the police and report HER for domestic violence. He can also petition that a restraining order be placed against her so that he can ensure that they stay away from each other. If she breaks the restraining order, she can face charges just as easily as he can if he is in violation of a restraining order. Man, they need to be on opposite sides of the country with no contact.
