Can grandparents get custody of my child in Florida?

  • #2
Without more information, how can we possibly say?
The above answer, whatever it is, assumes that no legally binding and enforceable contract or CBA says otherwise. If it does, then the terms of the contract or CBA apply.

Given the right circumstances, lawyer, and judge, anything is possible. (Look at the MJ trials)

Without the details, that is the best answer that can be given. This site is for discussion, not final decisions. I am not familiar with your case. In FL their has to be extreme malfeasance for the child to be taken away.
