  • Question Regarding Parenting Plan Florida

I am helping my husband prepare the necessary paperwork for an initial custody/visitation order, as one has never been put in place.

We are going to be asking that my husband be allowed to claim his son on his taxes every other year. Would it be best for me to put this in the parenting plan under "other Provisions" at the bottom or on the actual petition itself where it asks what else we want the judge to order? Also, we plan to ask that ex be responsible for half of the filing fees for the case, I'm guessing we'd put the tax return provision in the parenting plan and the court cost at the end on the petition itself, any suggestions?

    Thanks!
