My husband (yes we are married now I assume it's Ok to call him that 
) has a son whom lives with us and he is going to fill out some paper work for a insurance payment wavier. Since I have no legal obligation to the child does he count my income in this paperwork? The paperwork is for medical bills regarding only this child.
