My ex says he going to have child support lowered because his business is not doing well. He's been paying me this amount for almost 2 years.I know the AOG reviews and modifies after 3 years. Can he get the amount lowered before the 3 year mark? Also he is a month behind right now.

Whenever there has been a substancial change in income a modification can be filed even if it is before the 3 years.

What kind of business does your ex own?

You can pretty much expect that the court will grant a decrease if your ex can prove that his loss of income is involuntary. In today's economy, he'll likely be able to prove that.
