  • Trying hard to keep 50/50 custody

I've had joint custody of my five year old son for almost 4 years. It is now time for him to go to Kindergarten, and his mother wants sole custody of him. The joint custody is in the divorce papers and we live in the same town. What are my chances of keeping him 50/50?

As long as you haven't become an unfit, neglectful, or abusive parent, her chances are pretty slim. Nearly every 5 year old in the country starts going to kindergarten. Not a basis for a custody change.
Don't listen to a word I say because ya know I've gotta be crazy to be a Brown's fan.
