  • child support questions Texas

if a man is ordered to pay a set amount in child support a month, can it ever be increased if he makes more money?
If the mother of the child has no way of knowing how much money her ex makes, will the DOR alert her if he is suddenly making more and can then afford to pay more in child support?

Google child support guidelines for your state...

But in general most states allow for a child support review every 2 or 3 years.
Please Note: My "warm and fuzzy" font is not working, therefor my posts will be direct and to the point.
