    It would, most likely, be a shared expense.

    The first one to move isn't the one that gets hit with the burden of all of the travel costs.

    Probably, you would alternate paying for the costs of the transportation or you could go to the trouble of figuring out costs from dad to home and then from mom to home and work it out.
    Not everything that makes you mad, sad or uncomfortable is legally actionable.
