  • should the same judge preside in two cases involving family members? Arizona

My son is going through custody issues with his sixteen month old daughter, the respondants grandmother is her main witness, The same judge is presiding over my sons case and a child support case involving this grandmother. is there cause for prejudice ?

Acutally, I don't think so. Even if the judge ruled against him the last time, doesn't prove the judge is prejudice against him. There is always time to appeal any ruling. If he didn't appeal or it wasn't overturned on appeal, there really is no case to ask for a different judge.
Don't listen to a word I say because ya know I've gotta be crazy to be a Brown's fan.
