We have been told at our work that we have to fill out maintanence
check sheets every time we drive equipment. After 12 years of working for this company it was never inforced untill osha came in. Now we will be terminated no questions asked if we do not fill out these sheets prior to getting on the equipment. The problem is they do not make the sheets available. What can we do to protect ourselves against termination? Several have already been terminated.

Two options that I can think of.
One, take a sheet to the copier and make a good supply for everyone

Two, let OSHA know that the sheets are not available, I'm sure they would be more than happy to inspect.
