  • California-who do I file a complaint with?

Was being harrassed at work, while being treated for a work injury, and was wrongfully terminated at my job. I want to know what part of Ca gov. dept to file a complaint with? Thanks.

That depends on what basis you believe your termination was illegal. What law do you think was broken by your termination? It makes a difference to the answer.
The above answer, whatever it is, assumes that no legally binding and enforceable contract or CBA says otherwise. If it does, then the terms of the contract or CBA apply.

Never got a completely clear answer out of him in that thread either.

Falseying and altering my restrictions on my paper from the comp doctors office, so they say. From the begining I denied any actions that I did such act. The truth is before this, I seeked out HR to report actions of harrassment and hostile enviroment that had me feeling uncomfortable. Also, being a Union employee I was closing in on my 5 yr. that would of locked me into the free pension plan being with the teamsters. They made thier decision because they are upset for reporting them and because they don't want to pay me a pension. Thier choice to get rid of me benifits them. I"ve always done my work and I didn't deserve this. If someone can give me a link to file a compliant that would be nice.
