Poster, you need to consider that you posted originally not just on a weekend, but on a holiday weekend. Not all responders were going to log on looking for questions to answer and the ones who do, do not necessarily know the answer. I saw your question but there are others with stronger union experience than I so I left it for them. Generally, when you post on a weekend and you don't get an immediate response, the advisable solution is to wait until Monday, not post the same question a second time.

Would there be conflicting intrests if i sue my employer before my union settles
