Mississippi Workers Compensation
By quitting or refusing an assignment, you will probably endanger your ability to receive your compensation benefits for missed time (pay for time not worked).
Workers Compensation may still cover the medical costs related to your injury, if it is believed that your medical costs are caused by your work-related injury.
Let me know if you have additional questions.
