    IS THERE A LAW THAT STATES, YOU HAVE TO WORK 3 HOURS BEFORE YOU ARE TO CLOCK OUT FOR THE DAY. OR THAT THEY HAVE TO PAY YOU FOR THREE HOURS IF YOU ONLY YOUR 1-2 HRS

    No. Kentucky does not have any kind of minimum shift requirement. You are entitled to be paid for exactly as much time as you work, and no longer. If you only work one hour, you only have to be paid for one hour.
    The above answer, whatever it is, assumes that no legally binding and enforceable contract or CBA says otherwise. If it does, then the terms of the contract or CBA apply.
