  • no pay

I work in ohio. I was working on a job for 1 month when I was injured. I ripped a bicep muscle which according to my doctor developed an impingement syndrome. I was injured in nov 05. I was allowed for strain, bicep muscle rupture and 15 weeks of pt. Shoulder did not improve. I was on light duty until shoulder (froze-up). Doctor took me off light duty to have surgery. Filed for impringement syndrome which went to hearing. Got allowed for the syndrome which company appealing. Mean while I have received no pay even though bwc requested all w-2s and pay from previous and current employer because employer is appealing the bwc order. How do I represent myself when I gave all information to the bwc and they figured out what they will pay me. Do I call-in the bwc worker in so as she can tell them how and why she figured our pay under bwc guide-lines. With 2 different appeals on-going I am in financial trouble. Any help? Still need surgery.

Have you called the carrier to ask why you aren't receiving any pay? If it was ordered, it should be paid. If it isn't being paid, file issues with the commission.
I post with the full knowledge and support of my employer, though the opinions rendered are my own and not necessarily representative of their position. In other words, I'm a free agent.
