  • W.C. trust fund ? Georgia

Can anyone tell me what it means to have your W.C. turned over to a trust fund. or give me a place to research this.

Can you give it a context? The only thing that comes to mind is when you re talking about a minor beneficiary in a death claim case. The money may be held in trust for them rather than being turned over to them or their guardian directly. I suppose other large settlements could be placed in trust, but I've not seen that done.

If this is not applicable, you are going to need to post more details.
I post with the full knowledge and support of my employer, though the opinions rendered are my own and not necessarily representative of their position. In other words, I'm a free agent.
