  • endless harrassment from (PA) workers comp.

I am extremely frustrated. My mother-in-law, in Pennsylvania, was injured at work about 10 years ago and has been in constant pain ever since. She requires a significant amount of medical and psychological care as a result of this injury, and Worker's Compensation has become increasingly aggressive at challenging her at every step. She is an unemployed widow, with hardly anyone nearby to help her, and she really doesn't have the capability of dealing with all this harrassment by WC (I'm sure this is their strategy). She says that her lawyer tells her that PA law gives WC the right to challenge everything her doctors prescribe for her. I'm afraid this may be driving her to her grave. Where can I turn for help? Thank you.
