  • Pay changing without notifaction legal or not

Is it legal for a job to change your pay (commisson). I will give you the explanation, they say that they informed us that the commison could change at any possible time, but is it not true that they do need to inform us that it chanaged not have us wait to get our check and then have us notice that its about $500 less then what it should have been. Is this legal for them to do with out letting us know before the change it. This is in Oregon, so can anyone help me with this

I would say not. You should contact the state. You can read about doing so at: http://www.boli.state.or.us/BOLI/TA/...mprocess.shtml
