  • Why can my doctor not take me out of work?

I've recently injured my groin and found that I have a hernia. I've seen 3 seperate doctors and all have said that I shouldn't be working, but that leagally they can't take me out of work under Worker's Compensation. I'd appreciate any info you can give me on this. Thanks, Clint

Perhaps it is believed that your injury is not caused by work. The doctor's can restrict you from working but cannot report it as a work injury.
