  • Help!!!

I need advice on compliance issues... how to go about handling the task of requiring subcontractors and independent contractors to get compliant. Also, I need to know whose responsibility it is when a sub lapses on insurance. Please give me some advice!! This is for a company in the state of florida.

    Questions on Workers Compensation

If a sub lapses on insurance, your company will be seen as liable. You will need to get very tough with these people, letting them know that you cannot permit them to work without providiing proof of insurance to you.
