Texas, non subscriber work injury

I work for a company that is a non scriber for employee's injury. They have denied a fall on my buttocks to have any involvement with my back but did haphazardly cover the pain associated with my right hip which was 4 months post op for Hip replacement.
The pain in my back was new as of the date of injury. What can I do?
The facility is liable for the fall since many incidents were recorded from the same rug and even 2 occured after my injury.
No lawyer will touch it, that I have called, because it is not a TWCC case.
