    My husband is receiving workmans comp in Florida. Do we have to include this in our income for Federal income tax.

      My understanding is that Workers' Compensation benefits are usually tax-free. You may want to check with the Florida WCC, http://www.fldfs.com/WC/, to be sure about this.
