  • TTD or unemployment?

Hi...its me again with another ?

If you have an open work comp claim and the chiropractor writes restrictions, and your employer does not have work under the restrictions....do you collect TTD or unemployment?

Thanks for any help in answering.

Unemployment is for when you have no employer but are ready, willing and actively seeking work. TTD is for when you are medically unable to work or engage in the pursuit of work.
I post with the full knowledge and support of my employer, though the opinions rendered are my own and not necessarily representative of their position. In other words, I'm a free agent.
