  • Patty can get ur expertise help??? Pennsylvania

Patty, can u help me out? I am filing my taxes online with turbo tax, they said they need your AIG from last yr to complete it. Is that your adjusted gross income from last year? And if it is, is that the total of non-taxable money, or your full earnings before all taxes are taken out?

and also, i think i am right, but want to make sure, work comp payments are NOT taxable, correct???

thanks if you see this and can help, or anyone else reading it and can help.

    happy new year to everyone.

AGI is Adjusted Gross Income, and it's the bottom line number on which your tax liability is based.

And you are correct that work comp benefits for wage replacement are nontaxable.

      You're welcome.
