  • why? Missouri

was just wondering why you removed the thread i just made about finally settling. was it offensive to you?

  • #2
I have not removed any of your threads today. If a thread was removed, it was not done by me.
The above answer, whatever it is, assumes that no legally binding and enforceable contract or CBA says otherwise. If it does, then the terms of the contract or CBA apply.

I found two other threads you started on this subject.

So, I guess the question is, how many threads on this subject have you started?

I also found a white thread on my navy suit this morning.

My wife said it was not a thread but one of my grey hairs.

      I'm sending it to CSI....

Hey, just because you don't know the answers to my questions is no cause to get snippy!

Injuredperson, don't worry about it. That guy isn't a real judge in real life. That's the neat thing about the internet, you can pretend to be anything you want. Anything at all. Good for you that you won your case. When you get all the figures in and the checks are coming in maybe you can post the results on the "other" site that doesn't have so many pretenders. That way others might have an idea of what to expect.

I like to this site just to see what kind of advice the "experts" are posting. Ah, that's the beauty of the internet.

                Yep, you're right.

                I am so busted.

I am not a curmudgeonly old hillbilly judge.

I am, in truth and fact, a young, debonair, chic, and suave secret agent working for Interpol and stationed in Monaco.

I'd like to stick around but I am off to the casino to bed yet another nubile Parisienne!

ok...what does this have to do with what i had posted seniorjudge? or is it ok that you senior members make fun of posters whenever and however you'd like? seems to be a trend. if you cannot post something productive, then i guess you have to get your 2cents in somehow don't you. makes you feel better i guess.

then who else has the power of removing post cbg? someone did and i find that offensive for the simple fact that all i posted was how i finally settled, the whos, whats, and how much's of it for thoses here in the state of missouri. i guess you're not the only someone with the power to delete what they don't like here then.

The owner of the site can and does remove posts when he feels it is appropriate to do so. Since it is his site, that is his perogative.
I post with the full knowledge and support of my employer, though the opinions rendered are my own and not necessarily representative of their position. In other words, I'm a free agent.

I hope you have contacted your state senator and state representative.

As you know, the General Assembly has gutted the Work Comp law in Missouri.

It's a tragedy and needs to be corrected.

i knew you couldn't be silent too long ElleMD..thanx. and as far as contacting the General Assembly, Gov. Matt Blundt and a host of other state agencies involled with screwing the WC system up in the state of Missouri seniorjudge..i've gotten really tired of writing letters and sending e-mails to them and recieving "form" letters back expressing their conserns and consolences to me as an injured worker but like the Department of Labor in this good ol' state told me...it's not hard at all to replace an injured worker with one that isn't. Missouri is 100% for the employer in almost the entire WC system as many of us who live here have found out in the past couple of years (started the trend against employees in 2005 and never looked back). i know how the system works here and was glad that i've finally gotten out of it now. that is why i posted that i finally settled and the outcome of my case so others may know what to expect in this state when it was deleted after only 2 others replied i believe. so much for fairness here o well.....anyone else here needing real IW help and support, i suggest a very good site for you to go to. just send me a pm and i'll get you the addy. we are planning on moving to a diffrent state as soon as i get my check in the next couple of weeks so i might be a little slow on my responses. feels soooooooo good to know we are just weeks at getting the **** out of this craphole of a state!!!!!!!!

Good luck and hang in there. I just found an internet site that will offer me a law degree and grant me the title of "Judge" all for the cheap price of $500.
All I have to do is answer a multilple question test and send my application fee to a firm in Nigeria. Sounds almost too good to be true. But then again I can start calling myself "Junior Judge" and then when I post enough comments I guess I'll be promoted....
