    I was hired as a hourly employee and put in a lot of hours and company decided to put me on 100 percent commison and splitting generated revenue 50 50 then went to 60 40 with no salary or wasge straight commission can they do that with out a wage and then they shifted my work to another and i made 150 dollars for a month is that legal

    I'm not sure I follow you but if you were not paid what you should have been, file a claim for unapid wages with the DOL.
