  • newbie;have questions,please can anyone help? Indiana

I have an attoney representing for a work comp case that is to go court within the second week of the new year. Is there a way for me to get a second opinion on my injury from work? Having work comp pay for it? Is their anyone out there that has any information that would be of use to me?
I feel that a fast one is being pull on me by both the attoney and the doctor.

Going to need way more information in order to help you. When were you injured? What was the injury? What care have you received to date? What is the hearing about next week (ie. medical care, whether an accident even happened, etc.)? Why do you feel your doctor and the attorney do not have your interests at heart?
I post with the full knowledge and support of my employer, though the opinions rendered are my own and not necessarily representative of their position. In other words, I'm a free agent.
