    Covid-19 covered? AZ and NC

I recently attended a seminar where we were told that an employee coming down with Covid-19 is OSHA recordable if it is likely it was contracted at work. If OSHA considers it a work related illness, has anyone had experience with that designation from a Workers Comp perspective, in either Arizona or North Carolina? Might it be covered? I would think probably so for health care workers who have high risk of exposure, but what about individuals in other essential worker positions? What about someone who works in a grocery store or drugstore?
