  • Last paycheck

    Once you terminate your employment, is your employer suppose to give you your last paycheck plus any vacation pay that's due on your last day? Or, are they allowed to wait until the next pay period?
    Also, is you vaction money that's due to you suppose to be included in your last paycheck or is it suppose to be a separate check?

    The answers to all of your questions depends on what state you are in. Since you didn't tell us that, we can't give you an answer.
    The above answer, whatever it is, assumes that no legally binding and enforceable contract or CBA says otherwise. If it does, then the terms of the contract or CBA apply.
