  • car salesman in georgia

My husband recently started selling cars at a dealership in Georgia. He started 12 days ago and has worked 9am - 9pm everyday since he started. He makes a base commission of 1000.00 twice a month. He was told that he would get 2 days off a week unless he went 3 days without selling a car, and in that case he would not get a day off until he sold one and then only upon approval. He has worked appx. 152 hours without a day off. I am just wondering if this is legal?

Georgia does not have any laws regarding how many days in a row an employee can be required to work.
