    Ok i bartend. and i make $3.75 hr. is that Min Wage for bartenders in PA????
    and can the emplorer give you what he wants is he aloud to pay less them min wage?

    I expect you make tips.
    Generally speaking, yes, as long as you are making enough tips to put you above minimum wage.
    Employees must receive the tips.
    Sometimes bars will "pool" tips together & split them--that's ok as long as the employees get all of them.

      By the way, there is nothing wrong with being a bartender.

      Or a "sociability engineer" if you prefer that term!

          same answer--you must make minimum wage INCLUDING your tips. If you do not, your employer must make up the difference. That is, (I believe) defined within the employer's payweek.
